Don't think they had degrees, but many of my ancestors were Master Primary Carpenters sarcastic

This might not go down too well with some people, but I'm absolutely fed up of people trying to change the way we speak and think. I resent it. And above all, the actual effect on me is the exact opposite of what is going on.

Very well-intentioned, I’m sure ...

But I feel obliged to mention that the Master/Slave relationship is not intrinsically Racist

... There are many examples of same race enslavement.

Perhaps Firefox needs to improve its vocabulary before trying to right the wrongs of the world.

I do wonder if they're expecting to be taken completely seriously.

Totally agree with Peter. What about Master and Slave chucks, are they now supposed to be called primary and secondary chucks? The worlds going crazy!

Just because we have used certain terms all our lives and don't think about them as being linked to things like slavery, perhaps we should move away from some of the old terms which clearly cause offence to others.

I'm a Electrical Engineer (semi retired) and there are many references to the two words mentioned which we now appear to not be able to mention !!!

Two transfomers in a electricity grid station were always reffered to as 'M and S' pretty much anything that has a primary and secondary was always called M and S

The world really has gone mad disgust

(Now, I must pop out and feed my rainbow sheep with my gender neutral grandchildren) crook

If it gathers pace then Jaeger-LeCoultre will need to change their range.

I was a little confused with their description of the glass. Is 'outwardly curving' be the new 'convex'?

VIZ was very good at lampooning this sort of posturing "wokeness" scrawled in the OP's link. Millie Tant  would have been proud of this bunch of prats.
