Thread: Steam regulator |

Years ago I was involved in a small amount of commercial steam equipment installation and used Spiral Sarco parts and their knowledge. Whilst I appreciate that they are concerned with full size things there is a wealth of know how on their website which might prove interesting to some, calculations, visualisations of valve internal etc. Brian |

It's not just me then, thank goodness. The number of times recently when I've walked out 9f the kitchen thinking "I'll look that up on the computer". Then to sit there looking at the blank search engine screen thinking "what was it again?" |

If it gathers pace then Jaeger-LeCoultre will need to change their range.
I was a little confused with their description of the glass. Is 'outwardly curving' be the new 'convex'? |

Steve, I was going make a suggestion regarding the Scandinavian options as it was raised many years ago when I was involved in the trade. Although dry air obviously has an impact you would also find that they used a wider fin spacing on the coils. This reduced the don't problem because the ice could not combine with the ice on adjacent fins and allowed much quicker defrosts. Robert Atkinson: Recommending single splits over multis indicates lack of skill/knowledge regarding the installation. |

If you feel like making use of your Arduino knowledge then Indestructibles have a Dewpoint controller which is the best way of monitoring your conditions. |
Thread: Shopvac Recommendations (Hoover, Vacuum Cleaner, Dust/Chip Collection) |

As you have a few machines would a central vacuum system, home made of course, be a worthwhile thought? Rigid plastic tube from each machine back to the vacuum with a local, short, flexible plugged in as required. |

Shouldn't the foot switch only enable the motor when there is a foot on the pedal, rather like a dead man's handle? |

Try a disk cleaner in the drives. Are the drive at the same temperature? Disks and drives expand and contract which can put the tracks out of alignment. |
