![]() 1531 forum posts 44 photos | I see that various people have been reporting problems with MEW263 - Pocket Mags version (or similar). Which implies that the issue is now available. May I ask, has anyone received MEW263 via mail yet? The first reports of the problems were pre-Christmas so I have waited until this am to see what might turn up - plenty of other stuff, but no magazine. Perhaps Neil could comment? Regards, Peter G. Shaw

![]() 1531 forum posts 44 photos | Ok folks, thanks for the replies. Here in West Cumbria I've noticed that frequently mail does indeed arrive one or two days late, so it's quite possible mine will arrive tomorrow or Friday. At least it would seem that it probably hasn't disappeared, not yet anyway. So, Neil, stand down for now. Peter G. Shaw

![]() 1688 forum posts 16 photos | Mine only arrived today here in East Sussex, mind you postal services here leave much to be desired, if I post letters or parcels, first class to my daughter in Lancashire, it takes on average five days to be delivered. Post in the sixties was amazing, truly next day deliveries, still with all the technological advances since then we seem to have regressed rather than moved forwards. Dave W |

![]() 1531 forum posts 44 photos | Neil, Under normal conditions, any comments, queries, complaints arising from any one particular issue become visible on the website either the same day or after I have received my copy. In the present situation, the first comment appeared on the 23 December which means that there were two postal delivery days when I could have received the mag. before I raised the query. Yes I am aware that Christmas has intervened which was why I waited until this am's delivery before asking the question. Now ok, I have probably jumped the gun, but on the other hand, things do occasionally "disappear", indeed SWMBO has recently sent a small book to a friend, and so far it hasn't arrived. And remember, in another thread there has been some comments recently about mags being delivered in torn covers. Hence my query, postal services not being 100% reliable. I expect to report that it turned up tomorrow! That's all, folks. Peter G. Shaw

![]() 1531 forum posts 44 photos | Jason, Yes, I'm well aware of that, but note what I said about comments usually appearing about the same time as I receive the mag. Anyway, it's all now totally irrelevant - it arrived this am at 08.35 - late by one day as appears usual in this neck of the woods. Right then, I've now got to psych myself up to go for my morning walk. Brrrrr! See you next year. Peter G. Shaw
