A great big Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to all!

We hope that Santa brings you a big fat sack full of workshop goodies and that the New year brings progress and success with all your pet projects, that you don't get TOO many domestic repairs and fixes to carry out!

Most of all, our wishes for a peaceful 2015 and that you and your families and friends enjoy health and happiness the year round.

With best wishes, from Diane, Neil and everyone at My Time Media.

Hi there, Diane, Neil and colleagues,

Thank you for your Christmas and New Year greetings - I wish you the same.

As for lots of workshop goodies, if it's all the same to you I'd actually like less 'stuff' in my workshop in 2015 so that I actually have enough clear bench space to work properly! In that sense, less will be more! I hope I'm not 'looking a gift horse in the mouth'!!!!

A Merry Christmas and a healthy, happy & prosperous 2015 to all.

Best regards,

Swarf, Mostly!

Let me add to the above and include all those who regularly, on the forum, give the benefit of their knowledge to beginners/ improvers.

A very happy Christmas to you all and many healthy years to enjoy in the future.

A thought for the New Year

Borrowed from Arthur W.J.G. Ord-Hume [the Musical Box expert]

"individually we all know something; together we may know everything"

... O.K. it's probably not strictly true but let's keep the myth alive.

Share what you know.

.

Best Wishes to all on the forum, and thanks to those who enable it.

It is truly nice to read and hear greetings such as "Merry Christmas" and "Happy Christmas", in any language. In these days of so much "politically correct" bulldoodle, where the use of these greetings is often restricted to broad generic and meaningless phrases for fear of offending some people, it is a breath of fresh air to be associated with brethren tinkerers who are not afraid to stand by our proud Christmas heritage and traditions. I might add that my many Jewish friends are as quick to wish me a Merry Christmas as I am to wish them a Happy Hanukkah. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the entire forum membership could stand together in one place and drink a toast or two to the fraternity.
