Large order Places - taken my money - no delivery or contact

![]() 25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles | What you need to bear in mind is that the range of tools they sell on the website is far smaller than what is on their stand at the show, the Made in UK applies to the items on the website and then only the ones with the little flag next to them. Inserts quite often Kennametal if supplied with a holder. jenny may well have the phone on divert to her mobile but probably won't have access to computer to check status of orders, then again may have a laptop with her.

[ ... ] ‘Seem to suggest’, to me is a bit ‘woolly’ to say the least. Maybe read again, whatever you think you read, and be a little more certain? . As an impartial observer ... I've just seen this on the homepage: It's difficult to read any ambiguity into that. MichaelG. I, to be honest, have seriously looked at their website for the first time ever (after buying bits from them yesterday at The show. No ambiguity. One just needs to read exactly what it states, no more and no less - and not read into it something that is clearly not there. My comment re ‘seems to suggest’ is completely correct. Read it properly and there should be no ambiguity at all. One could understand a person with english as a second language miss-reading it perhaps, but that should not happen for an english speaking person. They meant exactly what they wrote. If people cannot read it properly, it is hardly their problem! |

7227 forum posts 21 photos | Suspect that somehow your order and money got separated from your name and address. Have dealt with JB over several years. NEVER had a problem. Once Jenny quoted me a price, and then found that it was wrong. "No, that's what I told you, that's what you pay" or words to that effect. That cost her £10! It pays to deal with folk that stand by their word! You can trust them, and they will help if they can. Howard

157 forum posts 4 photos | Bought some tools from the lady at the spring Stafford Classic Bike Show and she was very helpful, even threw in a spare tip for the parting tool. Asked for a 55 deg internal thread cutting tip at the last Bristol show but she did not have one on the stand. Promised to have one for the Midlands show and lo and behold, it was there for me yesterday. No connection, just a satisfied customer. Gordon. |
