Hi There
Don't forget this Fiday, Saturday and Sunday the 2010 Model Engineer Exhibtion is on.
Vat rises in January so come along and buy all those items you have been saving up for, don't wait until next year, everything will cost more.
 
I shall be there for all 3 days so do come and say hello.
 
I don't have a shopping list this year, not much left to buy for the workshop but I will still bring a few quid in case I spot something useful.
 
It took me 16 hours to drive down from Scotland, lots of snow followed by fog and temperatures down to -12 degrees. If I can get there, so can you.

Hi David,
 
My daughter lives just around the corner from Sandown so I'm going down to stay on Thursday evening just to be sure, so I'll be there, wouldn't miss it for the world. Mind you it will be getting warmer on Friday, a balmy 6 degrees C according to the met office. So even less excuse to miss the show, it may even be tee shirt weather in comparison to now .

Planning on getting there on Thursday afternoon as rumour has it David's buying on Thursday night ?
 
After than double vision allowing we, that is small son and myself will be on the SMEE stand with one of the small KX1 CNC's doing CNC demo's.

 Have you tried zooming in? It shows then. And anyway you can hardly miss it - it's the biggest thing in Esher!

Where do you live then, My daughter is only about the same distance away in nearby Sunbury.
 
From the responses here it seems as though we aught to have a 'Model-Engineer Forum' rendezvous to put faces to names.  Perhaps we should organise something next year.

Morden - just a few miles up the A3 going towards London. It took exactly 15 minutes last year, but I was lucky with the traffic. Realistically it should take more like 20.
