Am I looking in the wrong place, or have the adverts for Arceurotrade been removed?

Hi Ian,

You are correct, Arc's advert on the forum has concluded for now.

I noticed they were missing last night but thought it must be me, perhaps it's not meant sanity still reigns

Hi Ian,

I have been a member on this forum since it stated back in whenever that was.. 2010?.., and I will continue to write on here, so all is well.

For advertising, as you may be aware, ARC is sponsoring the beginners series on the lathe and the mill. So, we still have an advertising presence in a different way.

Regarding advert on the forum, we may review it at some point.

Is the 'shopping partners' section cheaper? It's just convenient for the lazy to be able to click on the link when someone mentions a particular supplier's item without a link to it. Perhaps not helpful if it registers site traffic for curiosity rather than intention to buy.

Ah Bazyle,

You are absolutely right about the convenience aspect, and rather than it being an issue about the money, you are spot-on in that I wish to gain a better understanding - analysis of the traffic without the advert.

Same here. Last night I thought "I'll just have a look at the Arc online catalogue" - and the Link had disappeared.

It was a terrible strain typing Arceurotrade into the Search Engine sad

Why not relaunch the brand next March as "Arc Pound Trade" instead of "Eurotrade"?

Although we never had the Euro as a currency in Britain.

Apologies, Ketan, just my weird sense of humour.

Howard

If we're getting into politics (I thought that was banned?) perhaps after March Ketan will have to be Arc Not Trading With Europe

As Ketan seems to get such rave reviews maybe ARCgoodtrade would be a suitable new namedevil

Ah! not exactly liberation day. Just price increases. Look at the pound going down.
