Not much point in saying you are moving when you didn't even put which continent you are in in your profile.

You won't get charged if you can't get through. Good job they are not charged for waiting.

As this was posted under the "model engineer" topic does it have anything to do with moving subscriptions to another service, are they charging if you phone them?

Just call the +44 number by replacing the missing "0" to read 01604********. Are they going to refuse to take your money just because you use the "overseas" number??

Having joined up for my first year and having observed the content continuously, I find it is unlikely I will need to renew my subscription.

This subject always brings out the best in people don't you think?

For the benefit of anyone totally confused by this thread:
MyTimeMedia are changing their Subscription Services provider as of 1st October.

New phone numbers:
0844 243 9023 from the UK
44 1604 828748 from overseas.

Email: [email protected]

From 1st November you will be able to manage your account online: www.me.secureorder.co.uk

Hope that helps

Diane

... And for those confused by UK call charges [i.e. most of us]

Ofcom has a useful checker, to help navigate the minefield.

Please don't judge the new subscription service before it's even started.

We have listened to people about problems over the last year or so, and the decision has been taken to move to something that should give subscribers the best possible support. Obviously this comes with a cost, but anyone using this website should be able to use the email or online services absolutely free.

But please be aware it won't be in place for a month.

Neil

Obviously this comes with a cost,

You make it sound like we don't already pay for the subscription?

I was trying to point out we are investing in better service for subscribers and that if you don't want to use the phone service there are two free options!

The people who post on here with a subscription are in the minority.
