1033 forum posts 2 photos | Neil, you are wrong, it is not only George Ray who is without a copy of ME 4542, I am still waiting for mine. I contacted the subscription helpline on Monday and was told to leave it another day to see if it turned up on Tuesday so mid afternoon I phoned them again and they are putting another copy in the post for me. I will let you know when one turns up here, hopefully before 4543 arrives |

![]() 1605 forum posts 83 photos | No Issue ME4542 in today's post and no reply to my email sent late yesterday afternoon to [email protected]. I think it is now too late to buy the copy in my local newsagents. I will try to phone them when I have time tomorrow but I have little hope of receiving the issue. Neil, I don't think there are only three of us waiting for Issue 4542. JA |

13 forum posts | Last night I checked with the Andover club members at our Wednesday meeting. None of those who have a subscription have received their copies. Today I purchased a copy in WHSmiths and then spoke to a very nice and helpful young lady at subscriptions, she said there were no problems and it sounded like Royal Mail had lost them she would follow this up, also that if it didn't turn up in the next couple of days She would add adjust my subscription accordingly.

My internet went down on Sunday night (along with several neighbours it transpires). I'm working using a dongle and am not able to monitor the forum all the time but I am not able to respond in as timely as fashion as normal - I had no access at all until mid-Tuesday. It IS best to use the contacts HERE as soon as you become aware of an issue, but don't be afraid to let us know through the forum or by email. Most problems reported on the forum only affect one person and it needs few reports before it becomes clear it is a general issue. To sum up, both digital and print issues of magazines have been delayed as a hangover from the Bank Holiday and compounded by a change of staff. This has now all been sorted. Anyone who has not yet received their paper issue of ME 4542 (I think it is only George Ray who still hasn't got their paper copy?) had best assume it has gone missing in the post and contact customer support for replacement. This leaves the Pocketmags issue which we are trying hard to get sorted. Neil Thanks Neil |

419 forum posts 11 photos | Regarding missing copies of ME4542: I can report that there seems to have been a problem with delivery rather than supply. This may have affected one geographical area, the size of which is currently unknown but it is presently under investigation. Please bear with us - we are doing all we can to solve the problem. Until we aremade aware of such problems we cannot take action to remedy them so we are grateful to all who have reported missing issues. Please be assured people are 'on the case'. We hope to have more news on Monday. Thank you for your patience ... Diane |

20 forum posts 2 photos | Diane, your reply deals with problems relating to print copies of ME. Does that mean that the problem with none availability of the download for ME4542 is sorted? I ask because as I previously wrote I received my print copy before the bank holiday weekend but have yet to see the download available to me. I doubt very much that it is caused by a problem with the Pocketmags APP on my iPad because I was able to download MEW246 a few days ago. There is clearly also a problem with the online availability & that needs to be fixed. Alan

![]() 19226 forum posts 749 photos 86 articles | Hello All, On Friday Pocketmags were claiming that ME4542 was made available at 1am. It clearly wasn't and I have directed them to this thread. They do not seem to believe it is a widespread issues and stated: "I’ve checked the subscription fulfillment and all of users got the issue so not sure where the problem is". Clearly this isn't the case, it would help everyone if as many people who still have the problem make this explicit. Please can everyone who has not been able to access ME4542 through their pocket mags subscription email me with a short email giving their subs number and that stating they haven't been able to access it. Use this link: to make sure the email is copied to Pocketmags as well. Has anyone tried contacting Pocketmags support and if so were they able to give you access to 4542? Finally are subscribers able to access MEW 246 on Pocketmags? Thanks for your patience. Neil |

![]() 1545 forum posts 484 photos | For what it's worth - I get MEW246 OK on Pocketmags and have done since 7/9/2016 [see my reply to Ketan in this thread] and it also now comes up through this web site, but I don't know when that access started as my print copy came on Wednesday. It was indicated as available on 8th, but wouldn't display through the viewer until I just checked. John |

1058 forum posts 16 photos | I too have had to deactivate my pocket age account for ME but not MEW. I emailed pocket age after my account went not active for the second time and they came back to me to say they had fixed the problem. What they actually did was add another subscription for ME, the original is still there showing not active, so not really a fix, more of a bodge
