From two 4-cylinder engines

Wonderful is all I can say about it, and pretty quiet as well. Would have our regulators in apoplexy. Pity this ingenuity has (vertically) been banned/destroyed here & in Euroland.

There are several V8s out there that use a pair of 4 cylinder motorcycle blocks & heads, popular in kit cars. Just type "Hayabusa V8" into google, think they have a bit more poke that a pair of A7 engines |

![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | Another example of joined motors was the two 6 cylinder diesel truck engines that were joined side by side for the Sherman tanks during WW2, Or the 5 Chrysler 6 cylinder petrol/gas engines that were joined radially and geared together, also for a version of the Sherman.
