Silly Question

![]() 4318 forum posts 291 photos 1 articles | I should have worked this out in ~12 years of subscribing, but... What's the publishing schedule for ME? Is is first and second week of every month (24 issues a year) or is it every 2 weeks (26 issues a year). My gut feeling is ME.MEW,ME,gap each month, but I thought ME was every two weeks, not twice a month. I know I could go and look at teh dates on lots of issues, but that would just make the headache which is getting me out of doing my wife's tax return even worse... Neil (real reason for this post - I'm convinced that ME has arrived and has been hidden until said tax return is completed). |

Week 3 ME
Week 4 put my feet up.
Repeat from week 1.
This is why I took MEW form 12 to 13 issues a year.
It fits in to the middle of an ME fortnight otherwise we would be getting major problems.

As for the peaty-tasting west coast and island malts, well, an old pal of mine describes them as "like drinking a distilled railway sleeper." But each to his or her own taste - remember that every sip you take helps to keep Scotland's economy thriving!

615 forum posts 21 photos | I went to a whisky tasting once, (That was fun) and some whiskies definitely taste better with a little water added, it brings out the aroma and softens the harshness. However, I can't read the notes I made at the time about which was which. ( I told you it was fun) Regards Geoff |

Sadly empty and apparently used it looked very new - I thought they used old sherry casks etc. This is all too much .. I'm heading for the cupboard in he corner where there's 1/3rd of a bottle of - Laphroaig (neat only - water is for washing in!) Neil |
