![]() 2376 forum posts 800 photos | A few posts in the past have bemoaned the fact that Abrafiles are no longer available. This chap seems to have unearthed a stock and is selling them at a very reasonable price. I have just bought a packet and am pleased with the result. I have no relationship with the seller other than as a satisfied customer. Rod Edited By Roderick Jenkins on 08/03/2023 10:52:31 |

505 forum posts 99 photos | Thanks Rod Strangely was bemoaning the fact that you couldn't buy Abrafiles any more to a visitor to the workshop on Monday, got boilers to build so the link was most timely. Have ordered a few sets, don't know if they come with clips or not, might have to make a pair if my old ones are not in the drawer of everything, not seen these for sale for years, perfect timing Rod. Dave Seems my memory has failed me again and they don't come with clips, the drawer of everything just let me down too, so looked on Ebay and there is someone selling clips, Edited By Dave Wootton on 08/03/2023 11:28:11 |

Hi Bill, I only bought one, I did think about buying the two, but decided not to be greedy and let someone else get the chance of getting one. Regards Nick. I think there was more then two when I looked, but was slow to pay for a pair, as I got distracted adding other items to my basket. I should know better by now, but I've just gone back to the original link out of curiosity. Bill. Edited By peak4 on 08/03/2023 15:45:28 |

893 forum posts | I was given some blades 3 or maybe 4 years ago and made some end pieces, a real tricky job getting the blade and two end pieces all lined up, just tightening up and one fall out. Never the less, a useful accessory to have in the workshop. |

De-lux end clips have a spring clip attached, Keeps them retained to saw frame spindles. Regards (another) Ian. . Not always … it depends how hard the Abrafile ‘pings’ when it breaks See my previous post. MichaelG. |
