They all look pretty boring to me

the one in your hand looks like it has a broken insert. They could be used in a boring head in a mill or in a lathe.

It does look broken but it is how the cutter is made. Seems to be a radius type thingy.

The one in your hand looks like an insert ball nose cutter, one to the right of the line up an insert CSK/chamfer cutter. The others insert end mills

The 2 on the left could be single point milling cutters.

So would the ball nose cutter be used on the edge of a piece of work creating a radius where a corner would be.

All for the mill

Two APKT type insert cutters, one radius cutter, one bull nose and lastly a 45deg for truing your lathe tailstock etc or a counter sink

Yes or more likely to machine a curved surface either on a copy machine or cnc by of setting each pass by a small amount the rounded edge leaves many small scallops rather than steps that a square edges cutter would.

Hi Steviegtr what diamiter is the radius cutter tip as I may have a tip spare from when I worked in the real world. They were used to cut out cavities in mould tools, in pre-hardened steel, for the plastic industry. On a CNC mill they ran at high spindle speed and feed but only moved over a small amount to create a fair finish. If it fits your holder you are welcome to it.These are 16mm diamiter
