Hi, Joe here form maccmodels.co.uk

Just wanted to give a update on here before rumors start flying around.

On Thursday I had to take my wife in to hospital at St Marys once again.

She was placed in intensive care on Thursday. On Monday we lost our baby girl at 23 weeks. She was born still born. I went back into work yesterday on the 17th May and I am working as quick as I can to get all orders done and catch up as soon as I can.

If you have any issues at all please email me.

Joe - very sorry to hear that, I know how you must be feeling right now. Most customers have feelings too and will fully understand your slower than usual service. I've used MACC Models several times in the past and service has always been excellent, I'm sure it will soon be back to normal. My very best wishes to both of you.

Gordon

So sorry to hear your awful news, my wife and I offer our best wishes to both you and your wife and with for a speedy recovery for her.

In the meantime, at the risk of upsetting some no doubt, your thoughts and efforts must be directed more to your wife than in satisfying impatient customers! You are very brave in the circumstance to be doing what you are doing.

Kind regards, Chris

Very sorry to read your message about your poor wife. My deepest sympathies.Hope she soon recovers. Best wishes to you both. Hope life improves soon.

I am sure that customers will show a bit of patience at this sad time. Well done for letting everyone know that you have a problem. Nothing like communication rather than an annoying silence. Best wishes for the future for you both.
