I'm fairly sure they are still trading, not.good at getting back to emails though. Keith Appleton mentioned them in a very recent you tube video he did (about a month ago) so i can't see that they will have ceased trading.

I am certain they were at the Midland MEX

Good luck getting them to answer, they can be very slow on either phone or email.

I deal with Jaquie on a weekly basis, they are most certainly still trading, plkease mention nigel ~ pendle steam boilers

Emailed them on Monday morning, still waiting for an answer, I could call them, but get fed up of answer phones.

Only problem with Blackgates is not being able to order online😟

Brings me back to my recent post about websites, fortunately most of our ME suppliers have excellent sites, Macc is good example and they are a one man and his wife as far as I am aware so don't understand in this day and age why others seem to have a problem.

I am 79 and have embraced the www. enthusiastically since day one, I remember the day in business where to find a product you had to dig out your Kelly's or similar, have a stab at a few names, phone around and wait patiently for several days for a catalogue to arrive.

An old thread but same issues. Ive emailed Blackgates twice with no reply. Anyone else have problems contacting them?

Emailed them last week with a small order enquiry and received quite a quick reply from a lady called Heather who informed me that their computer system was down but should be back up by Tuesday i.e. tomorrow.

Thanks, I will wait a bit.

Don't forget that like you, they are also allowed holidays
