I can access it for £4.49!

Looks like another app that I'll be getting rid of......

As I put in my comment earlier:

Please can everyone who has not been able to access ME4542 through their pocket mags subscription email me with a short email giving their subs number and that stating they haven't been able to access it.

As some of you may be emailing me under different names to your user names, I don't know who hasn't contacted me but it does appear that some people have posted here but not emailed me. if you are one of them please do as Pocketmags are starting to respond.

It seems they are telling people to restore their 'apps'. If they tell you this please try it and then let both them and me know if it works or not.

I have sent you an email in regards to MEW 246 not being available. Also mentioned that two issues I have read previously are now gone from my library.

At least one person has found that 'restoring' the Pocketmags app has allowed them to download ME 4542.

Please could everyone try this and report back here?

Would you be able explain how to do this on a PC? Do you mean uninstall and reinstall?

I can;t see how this would help not being able to access the magazine through the pocketmags website?

Just had to re-activate PocketMags subscription. Copy of 4543 there but no 4542.

I have not received my paper subscription copy of 4542 (in Southampton) and have purchased a one-off e-copy to get the Brooklands information

Just got back from a week away: No sign of ME4542 here in the north of Hampshire but MEW arrived safe and sound.

Neil, I don't view it using an app, just look at their website and 4542 is still not there so can't be clicked to view in any form app or no app.

I see that "my subscription" has been marked as Inactive, renewing my subscription does not seem to wark but their may be a specific reason for this in my case.

Could others who can't view the latest issues also check their subs status and see if they can renew and report back either here or direct to Neil.

When logged in go to My Account and then from the list down the left hand side select "My Subscriptions"

I Had exactly the same issue as Jason, my subscription now looks like this after they 'fixed' the issue by adding another subscription (the top one) however after activation the ME 'credit print to digital' a third time, it has remained active, so they obviously have a problem with their systems.

I can however access 4542 through the app on my ipad and online on the Macbook

I had to re-activate my subscriptions to see the latest issues....this is the second time I have had to do this in the past two week.

Uninstalling the app on my PC is not an acceptable option, as I would have to re-download over 200 magazine issues.

Can try to remove and reinstall on my iPad when I get home next weekend.

My MEW subscription is "inactive" too. I sorted all this out with them a month or so ago and got it straightened around but I guess it didn't last.

It appears the problems have been caused by server migration problems.

Once these are sorted I hope the affected copies shouldl be reloaded and reissued to subscribers.
