digital editions gone?

i get a message 'this is subscriber only content' when i try to access any digital edition. I am also advised that there is no record of my subscriber number in my profile. i checked my profile, the number is recorded, hasn't expired, and was working yesterday. i've also logged on again.

any one else with an issue?

... Same problem.

I have, however, spotted that my "Subscriber Number" contains eight digits, but the page requests ten.

Could other contributors please check their "My Details" page ?

P.S.  Now tried a Windows PC  ... exactly the same problem.

P.P.S.  I believe "eight digits" to be correct for U.K. Subscribers, but perhaps the rules have changed.

Donald Williamson Just loged in and can not get didgital issues "my Details" also has 8 digits which has been OK up until now . Can any one help . Donald

I can get in OK 10:05am UK Time ... ME 4446 has now also been loaded (A week late )

This is getting rediculous!!

Second time in less than a month where I am denied access to digital issues despite being a fully paid up subscriber to the paper edition (and therefore the digital copies)

So glad I am a paper luddite. MHS seem to run a pretty mickey-mouse operation as far as subscriptions are concerned, rarely out on time and digital issue publication is random to say the least.

David, I know you do your best in the face of adversity but is there a way we as subscribers can contact MHS directly get through to someone who actually gives a $%^& ??

I am a Digital Only Subscriber ... I have been able to access the ME Digital editions all morning.. (Tried a minute ago and accessed OK)

(Was able to read and print issue 4446 OK)

Well, there was most definitely an issue, up until about 20 minutes ago, all I was getting was a message stating that they were 'subscriber only content'.

Not the first time this has happened, maybe not a 'server; issue but almost certainly an issue with the database which handles subscriber information.

Tried calling MHS and as usual met with the usual automated brick wall!! Gave up after being on hold for over 15 minutes!!
