As some may know, my Good Wife is a software Guru, including doing all my software for my lathes, mills, and the humble Shaper - but She also makes the greatest Italian breads, and in the last year, fantastic cheese! So, of course, in exchange for cheese, I get to make all the cheesy equipment..One item being a curd stirrer - Chedder seems to require some considerable gentle agitation to get the curd to reduce to small entities and that process takes up to one hour - Since if she had to stand there and stir for an hour, I would wait much longer to get my next software suite, I made a stirrer..

A small 10RPM DC motor/gearbox, a variable PSU to give 2RPM up to 15RPM, and the stirrer stalk with two cut down 15x10 (inch) APC RC Glow motor props as stirrers...Also a cheese press..and Lots of cheese to boot!
