Only in the East and North it seems. Probably be on iplayer though and should be able to find the right channel on FreeSat.

Hi Duncan, where I live it's Yorkshire TV, forgot about possible regional differences in programming.

Watched it today fantastic, oh how I wish I could be on that footplate at 100mph. Search the I player for Tornado and it comes up straight away. Thanks Emgee.

I've just watched it on iPlayer. Very good but the BBC wants shooting for always playing music, especially piano music, over the dialog and sounds of the engine. I'm sure most people would rather listen to the engine.

Cripes , i wouldn't want to be on the footplate...

If the main axles are on leaf springs , and it goes over a bump on one side..do the con rods twist a little ,or is there slack in the bearings to allow for the axles to articulate ?

Predominantly the former but maybe a bit of the later under extreme conditions.

Hi Roger

It would be nice to know where the link will take me to if activated, I am a bit more careful with links following recent activities.

Dont worry, it takes you to BBC iPlayer.

I have just finished watching the programme myself.
