magazine

Is there a reason that the latest magazine is not available on the Model Engineer App on my tablet. It is normally available a couple of days before its on sale in the shops.

I have been buying the magazine using this apps for months and it has always been available.

I have noticed that issue 246 of MEW is shown at the top of this page, yet the my magazines section only seems to go up to issue 245.

The app only seems to go as far as 245 as well.

Neil only uploaded 246 yesterday, expect it will get onto the main site when the working week starts.

Model engineer 4542

The new issue of MEW always goes up in advance, should be available for download towards the end of next week or sooner for subscribers.

4542 may have been held up a bit by the bank holiday.

Thank you. I downloaded the magazine today. I thought it was going to have the next 2 pages of Metro drawings.

There is no sign of my subscription paper copy of ME 4542 in this part of Hampshire nor has a friend in Salisbury received his. This is over 7 days later than normal, has something gone wrong at the distributors.

In addition I have not received the normal email telling me what's in the latest issue for either 4541 or 4542 are these no longer being sent out?

The app says I have to buy the latest issue, I am unaware of my subscription having run out, no chase emails, I recon I am only 6 issues into my new subscription and I have access to it via the ME site? I need to read it on the app as the last years worth of copies only loads blank pages on my tab 3 tablet when trying to read from the site (laptop is ok). Any idea what is wrong or how I check my subscription?

I am also a paper+digital ME subscriber. I renewed in August, the direct debit was taken from my account.

I am now also being told by PocketMags that I must pay for the latest edition of ME (4542)

Can someone please sort it out for me

There was a delay with ME4542's digital uplaod but I am assured it is now resolved.

The Metro Tank plans, sheets 3 and 4 are in issue 4544. They skipped 4542 because of the Mini Exhibition Guide with the lecture programme etc.

I can't help with the print subscription enquiries until tomorrow but will try to find out why you are getting such messages.

I had the same issue with both Pocketmag subs this morning. I had to re activate my subs in Pocketmag settings

Both my ME and MEW subs are showing as in-active in Pocketmags.

How do I reactivate them and ensure I do not miss any issues, I do not have a Order Number as one is not sent out when you renew.

Click on the setting link at the top of this page and copy and paste the subscription # into the pocketmags order Id field

There's something odd going on with pocketmags, I re-activated my ME subscription yesterday, just checked today and it is once again showing inactive and have had to re-activate!, The MEW hasn't been affected. Odd because my subs is paid by DD so automatically renews.

Still waiting for my subscription paper copy of 4542 to arrive. I noticed that Smiths had a good stock on the shelves this morning, so what is going on? I thought that subscription copies were sent out before they were available in the newsagents. Can somebody please sort this out.

No sign of my subscription paper copy of 4542 either, over a week late now. Could someone let us know what is happening please?

I am not happy either. No subscription paper copy delivered to me but my local newsagent has the issue on the shelf. Is someone taking the mick?

My paper 4542 is late too. Worse things happen at sea...

Gentlemen, I contacted the subscription department yesterday afternoon, they cannot give any reason why 4542 is so late arriving but they promised to put another copy in the post for me, should arrive in 4 - 5 days. It would be nice if someone could tell us all what has gone wrong.

PocketMags site not logging in, all I get is "OOPs page not found". Tried on three different devices, Mac & Windows.

What is going on?
