I make it about 560 miles for two return journeys, still a lot but not 1400. You're not thinking 'Sandown, Isle of Wight' rather than 'Sandown Racecourse, Essex' are you?

Having now seen the Nemetts engine I started looking for plans, dead end it seems as the plans do not seem available!
Where did the plans come from?

I built mine straight from the mag - the article is so thoroughly well done I didn't miss the plans at all.
 
If you like bigger drawings, you can scan, enlarge, print and laminate for the workshop!

I did mine from the mag as well, there was one thing I wasn't sure about so I enlarged that bit to full size and measured it
 
It's a pity you live so far away, you could have had my copies, I've finished with them now.
but it would probably cost a fair bit to post them.

Which issues is the Nemmet engine in?
I am having the articles made available as a complete package of photocopies.
I would like to see several engines competing for the Nemmet cup next year at Sandown.

the copies I made ran from 13 April to the 20 December 2006.
issues 4271 to 4289.
not every issue tho.
