I can't download my copy either. When I have downloaded previous issues they are very slow to download from Pocketmags. Why can't they be pdf's.

Because this just makes things even easier for thw low-lifes selling pirate DVDs of ME and MEW.

Please can everyone who is expoerience this problem please email Pocketmags support ([email protected] or use this link: pocketmags.com/contact-us)and let me know if they are able to get you sorted out. It does seem this only affects some people and that support can get you up and running.

I will chase tomorrow to see if a fix for all subscribers is needed.

is it really this difficult to sort this out????

Why should we have to keep contacting pocket mags?

Why not contact them, after all you have our details.

Australia calling, i am unable to down load MEW 250 unless i pay for it.

I have never had so much drama with one company, needs to be looked at, there are other options out there that would do a much better job.

have Novembers issue half down loaded but there is no option to restart ( was in London at the time) when this occurred, not the first time this has occurred with pocket mags.

any ways things can only get better

Over a bank holiday, yes I'm afraid it is difficult.

Why should we have to keep contacting pocket mags?

Because it appears they do have customer support over the bank holiday although i have not been able to contact the main 'technical team'.

Why not contact them, after all you have our details.

I have.

Just had a reply from Pocketmags. They say the issue has been restored. My iPad says no. So, I've emailed them, again.

It's taken a while to sort this as (just as suspected) two different teams have been working on the issue. Here's a message we have just had:

"Sorry, I have just spoken with another colleague who was managing the fulfillment during the holiday, I have just been told that they had to re-fulfill some issues that weren't fulfilled correctly. This has been done yesterday and this morning, so everything it should be fine.

Apologies for the inconvenience, everything should be ok for the future issues."

Sorry to everyone who had issues with this, it should now be sorted, although I will admit to not having a clue what the real problem was.

Neil, be interesting to find out why John Hinkley is still having problems a couple of hours after PM sent that e-mail?

Anybody else still got a problem?

I'm sorted, now. Pocketmags asked me to uninstall the app and re-install it. That fixed the problem, but had the side-effect of deleting all the previously downloaded issues! Freed up some memory, though.
