I would not try that! Use either a length of stiff wire held in the hand, if the work-piece is small and light, or a piece of thin rod held in the tailstock chuck. I like the tool-rack on the wall. I was pleased to see too that you cut the cable-ties as closely as possible to the buckles so they do not leave sharp tips like thorns. I learnt to do that at work, where we used a lot of cable-ties of all sizes, and I wished some of my colleagues had learnt it! |
