Help Needed to Identify This 5 Cylinder Radial Engine

I have this 5 cylinder rotary engine which I would like to identify and obtain drawings to complete. The pistons are 0.820" dia with a stroke of 0.92 " giving, if my sums are right, about 40cc.

I have found a couple of photos on the internet but none give a name for the engine or designer. The designer could be a Richard Green , but he could have been the builder of the model. It was not clear from the Caption.

Any help would be appreciated

Yes Richard Green Design but not sure where or if drawings are available.

I have built one of these and have the drawings somewhere, and yes it`s designed by Richard Green.

The drawing are at least 30 years so not sure how well they would copy. I found the most frustrating part was the inlet pipework. Let me know if I can be of assistance.

Thanks for your replies. I was on the right track trying to identify this engine. John, I would be most interested in getting copies of the drawings as It would give me an indication of the work remaining. The parts I have look reasonably well made and it would be a pity not to do something with them.

Do you have any photos of the completed engine that you could post?

Was it featured in one of the mags or did he just sell drawings direct?

Bought my plans direct from the designer in the early 1990's, don't recall any mag article but no doubt someone with ME and EIM indexes will correct me.

Hi Folks

This engine was featured on the front cover of the February 1991 edition of "Strictly I. C". magazine. I built two of them in the nineties. Have just uploaded one running to utube and am surprised that mine seems to be the only one there as the engine deserves to be better known than it is Cant post a link here but anyone interested will find it at Radian 240 utube.

Had intended to fly the engine in a Sopwith Pup Matt but the project remains unfinished.. So far the only homebuilt engine I've flown was a Matador 60 in a D Bodd8ngton Mannock Look forward to seeing your father engines-Hope you get the video done.

sorry for the delays in replying to peoples emails, my dad only had orginals and a couple of copies , ( orginals are in A0 size) we just working out best way to put into pdf

anyway he is a couple of bad pictures of his side valve he designed / made
