![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | My non ferrous metal supplier has some with a very small pattern, and about 1.5 mm thick, but being on the opposite side of the rock, it's not that much use to you. The other way is to make your own diamond plate by milling diagonal grooves on a sheet of aluminium, say about 3 mm thick. Ian S C |

Milling also produces the wrong pattern you really need to make it with inset ribs so they stand up |

The alloy diamond mesh was from a car body repair kit. Mike
