L00 Spindle Nose Protector

In MEW 162, Darren Conway described a 3D printed nose protectors for lathes with an L00 spindle nose. This article includes a link to an STL file you can use to print your own.

Thoroughly enjoyed the latest MEW including the article by Darren Conway on printing a nose protector for his lathe which has a L00 spindle nose. I have a Harrison 140 which is also L00 and wondered whether Darren could be persuaded to share the code for the 3D print. My daughter has just bought herself a 3D printer and it would solve the problem of what Santa should be asked to bring me for Christmas - she could get the little elves busy printing.

Thanks

Sandy

Darren has changed computers since doing the print and hasn't got the file any more.

His article does give instructions, so if anyone else creates a suitable STL, please share it!

I contacted them last Tuesday, as suggested, and was told a copy would be posted to me. Since it still hasn't arrived I contacted them again today (Monday) only to discover they have no more copies.

Now what do I do?
