This offer is now live.

There is a lot of interest so I would order now.

We have 150 or so in stock and more on the way.

regards David

Has anyone extended their subscription to get the free gift?

And how do I do that, i'm on a direct debit which means cancelling my subscription and reinstating it which is going to be more hastle than its worth.

Typical for me. Was prompted to renew my subscrition about a month ago and did so thinking that subscription "presents" would never come my foreign (Sweden) way, sigh.

To cancel it now just to renew once again will be more trouble than useful, I am afraid.

Ah well, hope for next year then ........

So David,

"While stocks last" as stated in the latest MEW sounds a bit ominous.

If I extend my subscription, pay the extra money and stock runs out , what then?

Will I get a refund offered?dont know

I have extended early to get the free gift. I was up for renewal in March 2014. Now its March 2015.

Hi David,

Just extended my subscription by Phone - very easy and painless, they even asked which promotional code I wanted, so gave the code x228 and hopefully in 20 or so days will get the drill chuck.

cheers

Hi There

New stocks are due in.

We have about 150 which should see us through until the new batch arrive.

Does the x228 gift code go in the Source Code filed on the reference page (**LINK**)?

I got as far as the credit card page with no sign that the gift was included, and was reticent to complete the details in case that was the end of the transaction and I missed out on the gift somehow indecision

Hi Martin

The next page gives you the option to add the code and the one after that mentions the gift.

Make sur it does for you.

The source code is where you enter x228, on the next page the subscription drop down box shows two options, quarterly by DD with drill chuck and arbor or annual with drill chuck and arbor.

you can't get to this page if you don't enter anything in the source code box.

David, to answer your question ........

My subscription finished at the end of December, so the last issue of MEW that I was due to receive was the December issue, which arrived yesterday by post. I renewed my subscription two days prior to that and successfully used the code that you supplied. You'll hear if the chuck doesn't arrive!

I got a renewal notice in the post and I renewed online nowhere was i prompted to enter a code for a free gift. I renewed for two years as it was cheaper that way. Its a shame that loyal readers don't qualify for a gift without having to play the system.

Thanks for working on a gift for us overseas readers, much appreciated.

I probably would have re-subscribed anyway but the drill attachment made me even more glad to do so. I hope I there is still stock.

I was going to buy one of these soon so good timing for me.

Regards,

David.

I went for the subscription the day the code was posted - but have heard (and received) nothing so far?

Would have thought I would at least have had the magazine, could someone check to see if I am 'on the list'?

Is this possible, David?

Thanks

Chris Parsons

Hi Chris

The first magazine you are likely to receive will be 212.

211 was already posted when the code was made active.

regards David
