Thread: Diamond Inserts

I use ccmt 0602 size on ally/brass and bronze, the finish on ally has to be seen. They work on materials without a ferric content.

Thread: Draper GD16/16c pillar drill drive belts

I should imagine it's seized in its socket ,the idea is that rocks to the correct place when the second belt is fitted. By the look of the machine mod no it is a 16 speed machine which is why the centre jockey pulley needs to float to accommodate several belt arrangements.

Thread: Bell Metal - What is it good for?
26/08/2023 23:36:59

Thread: Myford ML10 single wheel knurling tool.
26/08/2023 20:50:08

sorry Andrew but if you have Hemingway tool with diamond knurls why don't you buy a straight set from Hem and then you would have a tool able to do both patterns. I bought both sets when I made mine and as they are Industrial quality will do a fantastic job for a very long time in a home workshop environment possibly saving money in the long run(buy cheap buy twice)!!!
