3 forum posts	Hi All, Im a new user, been looking at the forums for a while as I'm looking to set up a machine shop for various things, bike frame building, maintencance for my old joinery machines and other things. Im come from a Mechanical Engineering background so have a lot of experience in production in both CNC and manual machining before starting a carpentry workshop. If anyone has any machines they are looking to sell please get in touch, after a mill similar to a sieg sx2.7 and unsure wether to go down the route of an old colchester student lathe or get something newer but without a threading gearbox as budget wouldnt stretch that far for a new machine. I have a Chinese 290 lathe and it has served me well for a decade, don't know if that would be within your budget. A friend of mine has a Sieg SX-3 and is very satisfied with it. Thor
