Diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2021 had the choice of QE Birmingham or New Cross Wolverhampton elected the QE sorted by the end cataracts needed treatment August this year got referred to a private hospital working for the NHS both eyes done by November so cant knock the NHS

Back in the early 80's I got a job in a metal finishing company a couple of day's into the job one of the plating line operators came and said his anodic rectifier was not working so on checking it out one of the 3 phases was dead and I thought it strange it was feed by 3 yellow wires, looking in the nearest fuse board nothing was marked up also no fuses feeding 3 yellow wires so after checking other fuses boards still at a loss to find these yellow wires I then decided to take off the trunking covers following the 3 yellow wires they were joined to 3 blue wires which were then joined to 3 red wires checking in the first fuse board 1 of the 3 reds was joined again and I then found that as the wires were to big for the terminal block some of the conductors had been cut out to fit in the terminal block and must have been loose and burned off. Made a quick repair followed by a rewire at the weekend. This was not the only dodgy workmanship I found over my time there but those are for another day

Why and why allow it for the so called elite?

My bank the TSB like others have closed local branches so were are left with just the one in the town center with limited disabled parking, I don't like loose change in my pocket so thrown £1 coins in a jar couple of months back I took £575 in £1 coins to the bank and was extremely lucky to park got into the bank and after a wait got to the counter only to be told they only would take £200 at a time as they did not have anywhere behind the counter to keep money. I asked to see someone in charge who confirmed what I'd been told so I said I was not going to make two return journeys to pay in the rest of my coin's but whilst I was there I asked what steps do I need to take to empty my account this got the 'boss lady's' attention and she said that she would make an exception and take all of my £1 coins.

I said to her the way your going none of you will have a job and you either can;t see it or you have not got the guts to say the the powers that be 'No'. Due to medical reasons I not moved my banking but come the new year I will.

On the route back home from my Daughters I pass a house with a wind generator in the back garden and I have to say I rarely see it turning
