If you have an X3 making you own power feed should be within your capabilities. An alternative would be to fit stepper motors to the X3, I would have thought Arc could supply those. Neil |

2276 forum posts 801 photos | Sieg make a power feed for their mills. I have one on my SX3 which was purchased with the mill in Australia from Hare and Forbes. It runs on 240 V. You should be able to get one from your supplier in the UK. The power drive is the best accessory which I have for my mill. It saves a lot of wear and tear on your arm. BUT it was sent back to the supplier 3 times with a fault. It did not accelerate smoothly, making cutting difficult. Thankfully it was replaced, free of charge and has worked perfectly for the past year, Paul. |

![]() 7468 forum posts 230 photos | I think there is someone in your area called Paul Sims, who could well produce at least one drive, if you can't get a wiper/ window winder motor, you might look at adapting an old battery drill, and a battery charger of suitable size, or similar power supply. Just a thought. Ian S C |
