I have been informed that the recent problems accessing digital issues is now fixed. It was a technical matter outwith the control of My Hobby Store. Apologies to all who have been trying to access digital issues in recent days and have been frustrated in their attempts. I personally have never lost access so I am not able to confirm that all is now well but I'm sure you will let us know if the problem continues.

Regards
Diane

Thanks Michael. Glad you're happy!!
I know it's on another thread but I thought if I start a new one there's more chance everyone will see it.

Diana -What's up? on Jan 2 I had digital bliss and nothing since. Is the service you folks use staffed by volunteers? It would seem that if something works for many folks and suddenly stops, then back up files if not systems, should be available. It must be space aliens or one of the two Ronnies at work.

Hi John

If you are in seattle you have been deleted.

This probably means that there is a credit card problem.

I expect you have entered details incorrectly and the card company has thrown it back.

The card company do not tell us why it has been refused.

regards David

Just got the Email to say the latest Digital Issue of ME is available, but when I looked it was not showing. Also am unable to open any of the older issues. Is this me (using the latest edition of Firefox) or is there a problem ?

Problem sorted latest eddition now showing, but you need flash player 10 or higher to display. If you have flash player 9 you just get no responce. Just updated to version 11 and all working OK.

It would be good if it was possible to search the archive for particular subjects or search the indexes of issue series--or am Imissing something?

If this was possible it would make the archive so much more useful.

Hi John,

Search the Forum for 'indexes' and you should find links to a search program by Dias Costra that uses indexes created by other generous folk to ME, MEW and EIM.
