![]() 634 forum posts 9 photos | Hello all,has anyone come across any rising tee hinges.I can find rising butt hinges,rising gate hinges but these are much too big for what I need.I need to use them on an internal door in my house,I have considered modifying some rising butt hinges but it seem a lot of work. Jason I would like the hinges to match the rest of the hinges in my house, plus the door needs to rise as it is opened to clear the sloping floor and the door to fit the frame to keep the drafts down abit,(these old houses you know!) As a representative of one of the biggest suppliers of tee hinges and gate fittings in the country, Eliza Tinsley, I can confirm that as far as we know rising tee hinges are not commonly available in the UK. Butts, yes. Gate sets, yes. But either rising tees or rising hooks & bands, no. Sorry, Mark P. But maybe we have spotted a gap in the market!
