1058 forum posts 16 photos | If I used excuses like that my Boss would use my privates as Xmas decorations!! I work in a service industry where customer satisfaction comes before sleep and holiday!! We pay for this service, Holidays and sleep aside, this is a very un-professional approach to a paid for service. I was contemplating ditching the paper subscription in favour of the digital but I can see that this is a long way off being a viable proposition. The digital issue was supposed to be being upgraded to a new reader, yet that also seems to be fraught with difficulties. When is MyHobbyStore going to get its act together and actually produce something which is stable and commercially viable. All we get is unsubstanciated excuses for failure to provide a reliable service. When will this all end????? |

419 forum posts 11 photos | I requested the digital issue to be made live on Wednesday. This is the procedure - two days notice. As I think you will remember from many previous explanations given, making digital issues live is not within the remit of the editorial staff. Please note the time of this post. Please note also that I have been at this desk since 07.30am YESTERDAY. Whilst I do not expect for one minute that you will believe me, it has been the same every day this week. Please do not lecture me on devotion to duty! The digital issue will be available on Monday. It should have been today but due to annual leave it has not been possible. I agree this is not good service. But I repeat - it is NOT the fault of the editorial staff. Diane |

If Monday is a bank holiday, it will not be put up until Tuesday.
It might only be Scotland which has a bank holiday on Monday.
I loose track as Scotland is different sometimes.
regards David

36 forum posts 1 photos | Nipped into a certain high street shop today for the latest MEW and took a look at ME 4409. Why is the Reeves catalogue at the front, obscuring the list of contents of ME? Edited By Diane Carney on 12/08/2011 01:54:17 Edited By Diane Carney on 12/08/2011 01:54:55 |

![]() 25215 forum posts 3105 photos 1 articles | Likely to be there to encourage people to buy the mag, if it were at the back it would not attract casual buyers. As its an A5 boklet a bit of jiggling about will no doubt allow you to see whats on the cover.
Content can always bee seen on the website before going to the newsagents and could save you a wasted jurney.
