Subscription and delivery of MEW

| 399 forum posts 167 photos | I subscribed to MEW around 20-1-10 and got a subscription number. I expected to get this months issue but nothing has arrived through the door yet.
How long does it take to work through and do I need to go and buy this months MEW from the shops?

Subscription would start with 161 and should arrive sometime next week.
You joined to late to get issue 160.

| 2 forum posts | Good luck Peter. I hope your experience is better than mine. I'm still waiting despite having joined in December and having the money taken on 6th January. Five phone calls and three different excuses later I'm still waiting. The latest (today) was "we're out of stock but you will definitely have your copy by Tuesday".

| 130 forum posts 45 photos | I also wish Peter good luck! I subscribed in late October and was informed that my first issue would be 158. It never arrived. Since then I have received one magazine only - issue 159. I called about 7 days ago to ask what was going on and was told that the outstanding magazines would be sent asap. Now I have received a letter saying that issue 158 is out of stock but my subscription will be extended. In the meantime, I stll haven't received issues 160 and 161 although they are both available as digital copies. Pretty poor service I'm afraid.

If we are not satisfied with your money, we will send it back. otherwise live with our excuses.
I Subscribed end of last year.
Got notified that I will receive from issue 160.
Up to date a couple of excuses later still no magazine.
Issue 161 is already available on the archive page.
Still wating for more excuses via Email.
to print a copy via the internet cost more that the magazine that were paid for.

| 27 forum posts | I subscribed in December, Then got 4 identical letters acknowledging my subscription Just received copy 161 today which as you say is the March issue dont know what happend to the February 160 copy that the letters said would be the first to arrive? but at least they have started coming. |

No Magazine just excuses.
That is why i placed it in public knowledge.
I have send you personally other issues, no reply.

We have resent your Jan and Feb issues on the 5th February and unfortunately the problems are due to the postal service and beyond our control.
