Hi Celso nice job. I have used a similar machine when at work but the grinding wheel was horizontal and the V was adjustable to alter the size of the champher. They produce a lovely champher evan on hardened parts.

So much for not using the sides of a wheel like that one and uncovered wheel!

Hi, nice job, but I was thinking exactly the same as JasonB.

Regards Nick.

Breaking the rules on two counts, using side of wheel and more importantly no guard, not something that should be promoted in my opinion. If you must grind chamfers a belt linisher could do the job far more safely

He could get rid of all his H&S problems with a cup wheel and a tin guard!

Interesting but highly dangerous ! Why has a guard not been fitted to the wheel, you seem to have the skill to do it ?  Noel.
