1585 forum posts 1 photos | BSF and 2 BA used all over MLS7s until near the end when they were probably finding new supplies were getting expensive and Nottingham started using some metric almost certainly to keep costs down. My own is an early 1970s model with no metric. |

2805 forum posts 219 photos | Franco: Do you mean the screws which hold the saddle to the apron? If so, note that they have an over-size head to allow for front-to-back adjustment. I understand that difficulty in obtaining these in BSF caused Myfords to use metric fastenings here on later lathes. |
