Hello all

I haven;t done any model engineering since my schooldays - about 50 years back.
But I'm retired now and have the space and plan on setting up a workshop - so please accept my apologies in advance for all the dumb questions I will undoubtably ask.

Welcome Roger from another Yorkshireman. Have a good look around this forum & youtube on building your ideal Workshop. There are things that get overlooked when planning.

Things like setting everything in the right place. Where best to put the lathe & other machinery. Storage . Type of materials for the workshop . Wood or otherwise & insulation if you plan to work through the winter months.

Steve.

Wow that tracks a blast from the past, remember my Dad taking me to watch as a kid. We lived in Huddersfield but I reside in Leeds now.
