Hello everyone out there!

My name is Anders, lives in Sweden and joined a few weeks ago.

Right now strugeling to set up a workshop, lets see what will happens .... At the moment it is a Cortini H105 lathe causing a lots of problem. Perfect to have somethong to do at this dark time. Will probably spam this forum with questions ... Oh yes, I belong to the dark side (cnc), at least partly ...

Thank for taking the time to read. Take care

Cheers all

Anders

Hi Anders welcome to the forum. I had never seen a small CNC lathe like that but having looked on line it looks a nice solid little lathe. I am sure someone on here will have more knowledge of this lathe than me just ask away.

Hello Anders and welcome.

I've never seen one of these lathes before but there may be some information here;

No problems with 'The Dark Side', I'm sure that it is the shape of things to come.

Welcome Anders, glad to have you aboard.

Posting photographs on the forum is a little unusual. If you want to share any pictures the How To is here.

Have fun.

Hej Anders,

Welcome, nice to see another Swedish model engineer joining. Unfortunately, we are not so many.

What do you plane to build, and in which part of Sweden do you live?

Many thanks for the warm welcome.

@David and Brian H: I can't find anything about Cortini on this site, but there is some information on the internet. On the other hand, details in the design are often similar. Thanks for the link Brian.

@JanB: I'm from Uppsala. You? I think it will take many years before I can call me a model engineer, but I'm not in a hurry. At the moment, metanol engine is my main intrest, but we will see. First I need to have precision in my tools and learn how to use them ....

Anders
