Macc Models Excellent service

Ordered some steel material, owing to diminishing brain cells managed to select the most expensive delivery option, e mailed Joe and within the hour he came back and sorted a more economical option for me.

Yes been using Joe for some years now, bit shaky at times in the early days but now excellent value and service, might be a coincidence but a step change seemed to take place when he got married!! You can also be sure your goods will be well packed,!!

Royal Mail just delivered a 200mm length of 10mm diameter brass rod ordered a couple of days ago, you wouldn't think there's much chance of the rod being bent in the post, well there was absolutely very little chance of this piece getting bent, it was packed alongside a piece of wood 13x17mm section for protection.
Thanks to Macc Models for taking such good care of the material.

Yes, as I said before Macc excellent service and very well packed, takes longer to get it out of the wrapping than making the part!!! Good read of the local newspapers though.

Quite agree with all that's been said above. Very well wrapped up including a stick of wood for stiffening. Joe is my go-to metal supplier.

+1, agree with all above. For anyone who did not get the word, Macc Models counter service is open again after a period when Covid and a small shop space caused the service to be mail-order only.
