![]() 2312 forum posts 112 photos | I'm having great trouble locating some cheap thrust bearings with the identification 2903 for my ancient Graham Alpine mill/drill. They are available in USA and Singapore but the postage is ridiculous! Does anyone on here have any suggestions for where to buy 3 of them? Brian

As it came from a Graham Engineering Alpine branded machine I doubt if there is anything terribly special about it. Anything half decent that fits should do fine. Clive. |

Clive’s idea link for Nachi made from Europe seems to be okay if it is cheaper than the U.S. source. Local U.K. bearing factors will phone around / check their supplier sites and give you prices too, but I think they will be high considering the unique size reference. Ketan at ARC

![]() 2312 forum posts 112 photos | Many thanks Bikepete, I've measured the shafts and they are 17mm. The 51230s are 1mm thicker but that shouldn't make any difference. Some ordered already. Brian |

1346 forum posts 15 photos | Hi BDH, As you say,the postage from USA is ridiculous, but the Post Office Service here provides a collection service from both England and America at a very minimal cost. I have used it many times, and I am surprised that Royal Mail do not have something similar to offer. To give an example, one supplier [who shall be nameless ] gave me a delivery price of £15 for a small order [the value of the goods was £10 ], my Post Office delivered for Euro 3.50,no contest ! Might be worth your while to ask about it! |
