Hi Tony, I'm sure you probably have a closer club, but if not then Guildford (http://www.gmes.org.uk) is an easy trip straight up the A3 from you.

Does anyone know of a site of French clubs who have a 5 inch gauge track - or private individuals with same ?  (127 mm - 5 inch).
I live in the South West between Limoges in the north and Toulouse in the south.  Nearest town is Figeac.

Chris Hollingsworth,

there was / is a track at Barton Rd, near Stretford..........it's been over 20 years since I was there....

the circular track was set in a small park......

there was a yearly show of old cars and trucks to boost funds for the railway society......

perhaps the town hall can help........

just found this, google, "model railway track in stretford manchester..........

seems the railway is still going....there's lot's to check out........

have fun.....
