![]() 4318 forum posts 291 photos 1 articles | True story: Driving home today I was more than usually eager to see the latest issue... Opened the front door and horror of horrors - the dog was in the hall, not the kitchen, standing on the familiar grey envelope - ripped open! Paper and plastic everywhere - a whole carrier bag full! The Proxxon catalogue had been reduce to confetti, but incredibly the ME was within the remains of the envelope, totally unscathed. I should not have worried, obviously a dog can tell the difference between a magazine and a cat.
Neil P.S. I trust I will get another Proxxon cat with my MEW? |

324 forum posts 63 photos | Neil, Your tail of woe reminded me of Ken Whiston of New Mills. He was an active member of Stockport MES and used to advertise in ME in the seventies and eighties "Have you seen my cat?" was the headline Lots of bargain bags of surplus bits at very reasonable prices. I'm still working from his bag of self tapping screws and there's lots of washers still to go too. Don't rely on 201 for a Proxxon cat. It's not purfect

Now I suppose I have to answer 'yes' when asked if I spend my spare time on the internet looking at pictures of puppies and kittens Neil |

5 forum posts | On the Whiston thread, I seem to remember the envelopes said something like "Cat-a-log" with a picture of a cat and a log? Anyone kept one? Used to be a good supplier of fasteners and surplus items Chris |
