139 forum posts | I received an email stating that the latest issue (MEW #198) was available. Sure enough, it shows in the index for all issues. However, when I click on it to open it does not appear & posts an error message: File Not found: Try Again. I am able to access all the other issues (tried several and no problems). Is this just an issue with a premature message or is it something else? Thanks.

139 forum posts | Retried (few hours later) with no success. Not a case of slow loading since the error message pops up immediately. I have rebooted my system but continue to get the same error message and "Try Again" does nothing. Again, the other issues open with no problem. |

5 forum posts | I too was having problems (see previous posts) but have found the problem in my case. Even though I have been receiving each digital Issue monthly for almost a year. All of a sudden access was not available. My 10 digit member number was required. And thereby was the problem. Initially I had entered the NUMBERS which in my case is 8 digits, it worked at first. When I was asked to re-entered the NUMBERS it didn't. So I entered the NUMBERS + the trailing letter. Tilt!! it didn't work. Eventually I had to put in ALL NUMBERS including the 2 leading zero's and leave the trailing letter off. Hope it helps somebody. BINGO! it works. Johnande |

84 forum posts 71 photos | MEW 198 gives file not found on Firefox but works on Explorer, I have had this problem before but it went away, it looks as though the coding for the page is iffy or Firefox is not interpreting somthing correctly.
