David,

One quick question, Is Ray's Darjeeling B Class loco there?

I am still trying to get photo's of the right hand side of the loco.

Hi there

Darjeeling locomotive not here.

I have bent Ray's ear.

Tony Boxell entered 10 engines and won 10 medals.

Unfortunately no Gold but Silver and Bronze.

Come and see them, masterpieces in miniature.

Sorry I missed you Jason.

regards David

If that was meant for me then I'm back on Sunday so will say Hi

Must agree that all of Tony's engines deserve a medal, I've seen them several times at Guildford and don't know how he works so small.

Also loved Anthony Mount's Double diagional on the SMEE display and that "Little Jen" traction engine

Should have gone down yesterday on a public visit with Ketan at ARC but had to pull out at the last moment due to East Midlands Airport stuffing me up by delivering a full days work 4 hours late.

My apologies to the various people I told I would be down at the show and pity I missed it, collecting machines today and tomorrow so can't fit those days in.

Just a quick correction, the double diagonal was by Ian hall from a basic design by Anthony Mount.

Missed you again David

Met a lot of old and new friends, excellent models some unbelievable. New Myford still have the bit between their teeth, watch that space.

Trade support was down, understandable in the present time. However, I did feel that the exhibits, both club and general, were of an excellent standard, and if anything better than last year. Overall, well worth going.
