Why don't you buy 2 1/2 inch wide?

That is wider than 2 1/16 and will do the job.

What is the dimension the other way?

regards david

Hi Deltic,

Any steel supplier will do or your local engineering supply house will probablyhave it available. Try the following links

Look for "ground flat stock"

If you PM me I might be able to find a small piece for you--I have quite a bit of it around and if you buy it you will have to buy a standard 16" length I think.

Hi There

Why don't you buy 1 inch or 1 1/4 inch wide and cut it off 2 1/16 long?

Try Blackgates, they might do it.

I buy mine from J&L industrial as I have an account but they might be expensive on postage.

Do you have a local engineers' supplies?

regards David

Hi Deltic,

I dont know your location, but if you live within easy travel distance, try Sussex Tools Ltd, which I have used in the past and found very helpful. The stock Gauge Plate, generally, but if not in stock will get requirement promptly.
