What machine is it??

I'll assume its a Warco of some Sort, you may be able to get one from them but if its one of teh far eastern ones made sold by others you could possibly find a better online manual such as Grizley's.

I'll have a look at my tin of touch up as see if there is anything on it but don't hold your breath.

Edit just seen the model in the sub title, this is not the usual Warco code, can you add a picture.

Hi mate
Plate says KF-VO-A2F
I need to blast and respray the coolant tray and i have access to paint at work so ideally a BS number or some sort of code would be smashing.

thanks

This looks like it may be a similar mill, manual in pdf format.

Have not got a full BS chart but if you can convert Dulux Colour Dimension it looks quite close to 4020-G30Y. Nothing on my tin.

You can but the paint here

Re: "buzzing" in HI...in low machine wired in 'star' and in high wired in 'delta' this means machine uses the motor wiring differently in the two cases...fault might be in switch gear...may be one connection off in the delta mode.

Hi Mike,

I believe that Warco green is in fact 'Reseda Green' which is a RAL colour - RAL 6011. There is a RAL colour chart here.

If you can take a small painted part such as a cover to a local paint factor, I use a local Johnsons trade centre, they will analyse the paint optically and get the exact colour match. It only need one square inch of flat surface.

Best regards

Terry

Hi There
Your mill is the same as a Myford VMF which I have, it was also sold by Elliot and it seems Warco. I have a manual which I managed to get from Myford, it is not the best in the world but is in decent english. It is 18 pages and has scematic wiring diagram and exploded views of the main componants. I have just noticed that it is listed inside the manual by the same No as yours KF-VO-A2F.

I think I can get the manual copied if you are interested send me personal message to arrange details.
Regards Jim.
