Tried all my usual suspects, but no joy. It's for a very specific job slotting brass bar and variations to this size mean more work/time expended. (Bigger dia means hand filing and thinner means two cuts instead of one) Needs to be small enough bore to allow me to cut 7mm deep.

J&L list one. Part no MSS-15062M. Unfortunately it's £19.26.

1-5/8 might just let me get away with one cut - see PM

I have a 0.057" x 1/ 3/4" dia or a .0625" x 2" dia.

Those are the nearest I can do, let me know if either would be any good.
