3681 forum posts 70 photos | No I am a ghost "rider", prefering to watch rather than do. I once rebuilt my son in law's Kawasaki gearbox only to see the whole thing wrecked a few weeks later by a "blind" young girl driver! |

27 forum posts | Kwil, you were right about Guy Martin , what a rider and what bad luck for the bike to stop so near the end of the race, im sure we will hear a lot more of this young man. Thanks for your post I did'nt know it was on tv.

Still don't find the timetrials as exciting as wheel to wheel racing though ther ewas not much overtaking as usual in todays MotoGP. |

![]() 5068 forum posts 3 photos | Watched it last night, in fact watching Murry Walker history of the TT at the moment [ commercials ] but found it unusual that the end of race commentary didn't include Guy martin but covered one rider who broke down a few laps earlier. Looking forward to the race tonight. Gotta go adverts ending............... John S. |

Knowing Guy's reputation (local lad and met his dad and sister) he was probably going to kick sh*t out of the tree for his bike breaking down. Love the TT and cracking up the Mountain at 140mph+ (slow compared to the locals and the racers). Last there in 2008 and itching to get back when kids get older and give me more disposable income. |

![]() 5068 forum posts 3 photos | Well watched the sidecar race tonight and it was OK but I do miss the older type chairs where the monkey on the stick really has to hop about. Still no more mention of Guy Martin ? yet another interview with the other bloke who broke down. Has Guy pissed ITV off ? Just doe a search and it turns out he got a flat battery. John S. |

113 forum posts | Hi how lucky are you lot, !!!!!! down here in OZ, one commercial station now has motor GP, plus some local bike racing and, Foxtel has the super bikes, Foxtel some times show old replays of the TT but it seems to be only as a filler, and usually late at night, so to see Martin, Dunlop and some Aussies is great, just not enough coverage for my liking. John Holloway. PS I have got a 1978 Z650, a Yamaha RT360, Both in exellent condition, and fully dismantled a 1976 Russian Dnepr 650cc, unfortunatley my leg is giving me strife so have not ridden for 2 yrs. |

113 forum posts | My mistake, it was the Northern Ireland 200, NOT the TT, Those riders, like Rossi said must be crazy, road racing in the rain, even I was hanging on to my seat. By the way where is the electric bike these days ????. John H |
