Brilliant service

Ordered from Arc Eurotrade 3.00pm Friday 15 September (yesterday). Goods received via DHL 9.45am Saturday 16 September (today).

Just wanted to record what I consider to be astonishing service from both companies.

Usual disclaimer: no connection apart from being a very satisfied customer with some new toys!

I ordered a indexable end mill and some inserts etc from ARC yesterday afternoon and they arrived this morning.

Always had great service from Ketan and his crew.

They are a great company to deal with in my experience.

Yes, I also ordered some Stub Drills from Arc yesterday afternoon (Friday)....they arrived at 10.30am this morning (Saturday) in Scotland. Very speedy response by Arc.

If this is becoming their normal turn-around time (ie within 24 hrs) then goodbye Amazon-Prime for engineering items needed the next day.

Edit: Arc deliveries are now tending to arrive in a rigid carboard box that fits through the letterbox - good thinking.

Can I also commend Coventry Grinders on their service and prices for silver steel. Even though the p&p looks a little steep for a single item at first glance it remains the same for multiple items. I combed eBay for a better deal for the larger sizes that I required and found that going direct C.G. was by far the cheapest and they deliver the next working day by courier too.
